Shop Protocols, Terms, & Conditions

Original Paintings 

• Layaway is available. Submit a proposal to put a painting on layaway by using this form.

• There can be no refunds for purchases.

• If the artwork you purchase does not suit your space, you have 30 days after the initial purchase date to return said artwork at your own cost and unaltered. Next you may either exchange it for another painting of equal or lesser value, or receive credit for a future purchase. This credit will last indefinitely.

• If there is a frame pictured on the painting and it is not on sale, it is included. If you do not wish to ship a frame please let us know at checkout.

• Shipping within the continental US will be covered by the artist for paintings 12"x16" and smaller and not on sale. Paintings larger than 12"x16" will be shipped at the collector's expense. All shipping outside of the continental US will be shipped at the collector's expense. For larger or specially sized paintings shipping fees may be calculated after initial purchase.

• Sale Paintings: There can be no refunds, exchange, or shop credit for paintings purchased during a sale. Shipping within the continental US will be covered by the artist for paintings 12"x16" and smaller. Paintings larger than 12"x16" or shipping outside of the continental US will be shipped at the collector's expense. For larger or specially sized paintings shipping fees may be calculated after initial purchase. Sale paintings pictured with frames will be shipped unframed unless otherwise requested at checkout.

Prints

• There can be no refunds for print purchases.

• If your print is damaged while shipping we will work with you to replace it. Please provide photo evidence.

• Prints have a flat rate for shipping and handling of $12 domestic and $20 International
