How to begin the commission process
To reserve a spot in Felicia’s calendar for your commission please schedule a virtual meeting or a live Sunday studio visit. This first meet will asses the viability of the project and collaboration potential between you and Felicia.
After a successful first meeting you will have the opportunity to reserve your spot with a down payment.

First, book your introductory meeting and speak with Felicia about your ideas and desires for the commissioned painting.
You will choose size/price.
Whether you will invite Felicia to travel to take reference for the portrait or provide your own reference photos.
You will discuss when the painting needs to be complete.
Next, you will pay the first installment of two. A non-refundable 50% of the total fee reserves Felicia’s studio time for the creation of your painting.
Felicia will communicate with you, sending images of the painting’s progress as it develops. You will have the chance to ask questions and collaborate.
Any major changes from the initial plan may add time to the completion schedule, or alter the original quoted price.
Upon completion you will pay the last installment of the commission fee, and any additional fees for framing or shipping that you planned with Felicia.
The painting will be signed and shipped to you.
